1PC Licence

A 1PC (single-computer) licence allows you to run SIDRA INTERSECTION on one designated computer. Once activated, it cannot be simultaneously activated on another computer.

How to Activate Online

Important

  • If you have multiple 1PC licences, each must be activated individually on its designated computer.
  • You will need your Licence ID (starts with the number 6) and Password for activation.

Steps to activate

  1. Run the software.
  2. Click the Licensing Tab in the ribbon.
  3. Select the 1PC option (radio button), then click Activate in the 1PC Licence group.
  4. In the Activate Licence dialog, select Online Activation.
  5. Enter your Licence ID, Password and Installation Name (optional - e.g. your computer name).
  6. If you need to enable a Proxy Server, specify it in the Online Activation group.
  7. Click Activate.
  8. Wait for processing to complete.
  9. If you see "Licence is activated successfully", click OK to start using the software.

Licence information

When successfully licenced:

  • An unlock icon appears at the bottom right corner of the interface
  • Your Customer ID, Company Name and Licence Type appear on the status bar (bottom right)
  • Your details appear in Software Info or About dialog under the File button

Activation failure

If you see "Activation Failed" with a Web Service Error Number, refer to the support article below for troubleshooting.

Deactivate Before Uninstalling

Important

Always deactivate your licence before uninstalling the software. Uninstalling does not automatically deactivate the licence.

If you uninstall without deactivating:

  • The licence stays in an activated state
  • If you reinstall on the same computer, it will appear activated
  • You will not be able to activate on another computer

Steps to deactivate

  1. Run the software.
  2. Click the Licensing Tab in the ribbon.
  3. With Fixed (radio button) selected, click Deactivate Licence.
  4. In the Deactivate Licence dialog, select Online Deactivation.
  5. If needed, specify a Proxy Server in the Online Deactivation group.
  6. Click Deactivate.
  7. Wait for processing to complete.
  8. If you see "Licence is deactivated successfully", click OK.

How to Uninstall

To uninstall SIDRA INTERSECTION:

  1. Open Control Panel > Programs and Features
  2. Select SIDRA INTERSECTION from the list
  3. Click Uninstall
