How to Download

FLOATING and Subscription licences use SIDRA Downloads. For a 1PC licence, use your STORE Account.

FLOATING and Subscription licences

Use the same SIDRA User Profile you use in the software. Your profile must have access to a valid Cloud Licence.

Open SIDRA Downloads ↗

  1. Sign in with your SIDRA User Profile.
  2. Select SIDRA INTERSECTION from the software menu.
  3. Choose Download for Windows (.exe), or Download package (.msi) for IT-managed deployment.

For an older version, use Previous releases in the portal.

1PC licences

Use the STORE Account associated with your 1PC licence.

Open STORE Account ↗

Sign in, select your licence in the Product column on Licences & Downloads, then choose the installer link under Downloads.

After downloading

Follow the installation guide, then activate your licence.

Need help? Check that you are using the account linked to your licence. Ask your licence administrator or contact us for help with access.
