Team Trial

How to set up your organisation's SIDRA INTERSECTION 11 trial and get your team up and running. These instructions are for the organisation's trial contact (administrator); team members follow the steps their administrator shares with them.

Your trial licence details — including your seat count, trial end date, and download link — are in your trial welcome email from SIDRA Support. If you have not received it, contact SIDRA Support.

Step 1: Activate Your Account

If this is your first time using the CLOUD Licensing System, you will receive a separate email titled "Activate your SIDRA User Profile". Follow its link to set your password and activate your account.

Note

Check your spam folder if the activation email has not arrived. If you already have a CLOUD Licensing System account for this email address, you will not receive this email — simply sign in directly.

Step 2: Invite Your Team

As an organisation administrator, you can invite team members and manage trial seats from the SIDRA OrgAdmin Portal. Each person you invite receives an invitation email to join your organisation; new users create their account as part of accepting the invitation.

Note

Invitees should check their spam folder if the invitation has not arrived. If you do not yet have organisation administrator access, reply to your trial welcome email and we will set it up.

Step 3: Download and Install

The Download Link

The download link is in your trial welcome email. Share it with your team — each member downloads SIDRA INTERSECTION 11 from that link, not from this website.

Each member then runs the installer and follows the on-screen prompts.

Step 4: Activate Trial Seats

Once invited, each team member:

  1. Opens SIDRA INTERSECTION 11 — the Licensing tab will appear if unlicenced.
  2. Selects CLOUD in the Licence Type group.
  3. Signs in with their own email through the User Profile dialog.
  4. Acquires a licence seat through the Acquire Licence Seat dialog.

If successful, an unlocked padlock icon appears at the bottom right of the interface.
